In January of 1999, I was in the process of moving my family to Phoenix and was referred to a realtor named James Ponte by a good friend who had recently relocated as well. This referral came with the highest accolades and therefore, expectations. How was I to know that not only would I be getting a great realtor, I would also develop a
"partnership" that included assistance/advice in the automotive, insurance, education, medical, and business industries. As you can imagine, for a new guy in town, these so called extras can be the difference between a successful move and an unsuccessful start to a new life. What I’ve experienced over the past four years is that this type of partnership is standard operating procedure for James Ponte. My family and I still have the same insurance agent (Auto and Home) that James recommended. We are thrilled with the school our daughter attends that was part of their needs analysis process we
went through prior to purchasing our home. And I’ve purchased my last two cars from a dealership James introduced me to upon my arrival in It’s because the partnership that I have recommended James to various personal and professional associates who may have a need for real estate advice and the comfort that they to will enter into a
partnership of long-term success. I have purchased additional real estate in Phoenix over the past two years and can not imagine making any real state decisions without his guidance and input.

     Finally, in the world where the dollar usually speaks louder than actions, James has his priorities in correct order. As a phoenix native, James understands the value and impact his actions can have on the community and the positive impact be can make through hard work and simply… caring.  What separates James from most is that these actions are part of his daily life and not just for "show" It comes from the heart!
